The major issue the Dems face is selecting a broad-based electable candidate. IMO, there is currently no obvious candidate who meets that criteria. I'm not saying there aren't good people, however, are they electable nationally? I think not....unfortunately.

A more compassionate government would have deported illegal immigrants who are criminals and provided a specific time frame for non-criminal illegals to apply for citizenship or be deported. Crazy, I know, however, I'm just a simple man.
