Bit of late night channel hopping, BBC 4, found The Good Old Days, hosted by Leonard Sachs …..entertainment was so much simpler back then …. The main act was Ken Dodd( who I have seen live) , pure good fun

Last night saw #ThePenguinLessons …. Better than I expected, nothing award winning , unless there is a ‘best Bird in a supporting role’ award, but very watchable …. Personally always nice for me to watch a Penguin and not end up in A&E 😂😂😂😂😂

Just finished series 1 of #AThousandBlows (2nd series already filmed) would say ok,but after 6 eps it’s still not clear as to what it’s all about and where it will head to.That said it’s worth a watch,&series 2 should reveal whether it has #PeakyBlinders long running potential.

Watched very little football this weekend , but found Rices’ celebration today absolutely bizarre ( and I’m a big fan of his). IMO it shows the issues Arsenal have with this group of players , egos everywhere, and it starts from the top

So yesterday saw #MarchingPowder …. In the days where so many movies now last c3 hours, great to see this one was only 1hr 36 mins …sadly that was about 1hr 30m too long …. A couple of lol moments, and not a dig at DD, as liked him in Rivals & Mr Big Stuff , but this is a 👎🏻👎🏻

I have a big ask. My 9yo son is autistic and he’s been raising a betta fish he named Kevin. Yesterday He asked if he could “share a photo of Kevin with the whole world“. I don’t know if this will work, but a dad’s gotta try. Like and share if that’s your thing. Kevin says hi! 🐟👋

Concentrating on the cup this season , and rightly so !!!!!…. That’s not being flippant , MS has to throw everything at the cup …… however the ‘club’ Will want him to concentrate on high league placing , c1.5m per place , and roughly the same to win the cup

We are a 10th-15th placed team ( no shame in that), but that’s the reality ….it wasn’t really the issue tonight, but the decision to bank the Mitro money and not reinvest in a top draw CF continues to hold us back , RJ/RM good cover but not 1st choices….

Think Manager at that stage where he gives King/Cairney minutes ahead of ESR, has done very little this season ( a couple of early goals) , but don’t see this’man to unlock defences’ ….. might be an expensive lesson , hope not , but not encouraging me atm
