I think the reason Robbie Williams never took off in America is because they can deal with a sensible person in entertainment, they can deal with a rebellious person in entertainment, they live an eccentric in entertainment, but they don’t quite know what to do with a cheeky chappie.

The Wonder Man trailer is intriguing to me because, on its surface, it’s just about a man trying to get a job on a movie with no Marvel bullshit. And, favourite side character Trevor Slattery’s in it. I do rather suspect there’s more to it than that though.

Years ago when I started my job I asked, on a whim, if I could do 8-4 instead of 9-5, and it’s times like this (4pm Friday) that I really appreciate past me for doing that.
