I'm not the best person to agree to this since I'm a bit of an inconsistent poster, but it's true. No platform owes you followers. Be genuine, put some effort into your work, and show up regularly for a long while. Even on smaller platforms this will connect you to likeminded people.
For all the newcomers here: please post regularly. I'm tired of dudes migrating here, posting once every other month, and then going back to Twitter complaining that Bluesky is dead.

The two things I hate most about myself as an artist:
1. Not being able to hold an art style for more than a couple months.
2. My subconscious avoidance of creating anything that could actually serve as a product to sell.
And trying to fix either of those things seems to always end in burnout...

Rant time! It’s just Monday but I can already tell I'll be either late with the comic for this week, or I'll have to rush it (again) and end up with something that I’m just not as happy with. I'm thinking about converting it into a classic comic page format instead and not do it weekly. Not sure...
