Comme à chaque fois ce sera le consommateur US qui payera ces taxes (un peu l’importateur, US lui aussi, et à la marge éventuellement le vendeur). L’idiotie serait de faire la même chose sur des produits utiles au consommateur EU. Il y a bien des façons de renvoyer la balle au vieux sénile.
