com toda certeza, chamo de erro por conta da norma gramatical vigente, mas no cotidiano não é um erro, apenas uma "abreviação", já que um estrangeiro aprendendo veria estou e está, não to e tá nos livros de gramática

isso acontece aq no Brasil tbm, mas depende do erro. algumas coisas são até consideradas mais "corretas" mesmo não sendo gramaticalmente certo. tipo falar "to" ou "tá" ao invés de estou e está
