I'm officially 2% of the way done. Probably a bit more than that since pattern keeper doesn't know what to do with blackwork and as such just ignores it. 17.25 hours in. It'll be fun to roughly calculate how long this will take when I finish this first page.

Also an issue that has been plaguing my US users for like a YEAR, which I know because I opened a problem ticket for it then, was sat on and untouched and ignored until it finally spread to Elsewhere. Now they've opened another problem and are like "Why didn't anyone tell us?"

Also non numeric benefit six thousand to working out- drying off after a shower isnt a perilous horrorshow of an event. I can stand on one leg no problem and my lower back no longer feels like it's going to give out on me if I look at it funny

This is less tonnage than usual but that's because squats have been moved from the beginning of the workout to the second to last set. I'm also really babying the squat so I maintain form as I add weight (I was over 100lbs in 3 weeks the last time I did this, but I'm CERTAIN my form was terrible)

Two laps around the dog park is .75 miles. It's about 45 miles for King who runs like the wind to grab the ball we huck for him and then leave it where he gets it lol.
