I swear I am not a luddite. I understand the potential value of metrics like Stuff+, and I appreciate what they are trying to accomplish.
But when Paul Skenes ranks behind 155(!) other pitchers in Stuff+ this year, it might be time to look back under the hood at the model.

Love the Palencia pick. All the profile there for a big breakout, and in an area where it would make such a huge impact.
