I's done with Thomas' English Muffins after a lifetime.
They made them slimmer and less tasty - probably cost them less to make.
I've found Bays English Muffins. They're delicious. You do have to refrigerate them. They're not like corrugated cardboard - they're soft on the inside.

Been watching a lot of videos this morning of the ice domestic terrorists. They seem happy to be hated. But it still will get in their heads if people continue to shame and degrade them. The American people are showing up and putting their bodies on the line. Will the elected people do the same?

I've been the victim of quite a bit of violence. I never simply submitted to it. I always defended myself. I also always looked to avoid it and was willing to walk away leaving people to draw their own conclusions. I had nothing to prove.

I can't stop what's going on. I believe we've lost the country.
So, what can I do beyond moaning and groaning?
I can do what I can to persuade people who are as appalled by what's happening as I am not to do anything that will bring them harm or make this worse.

To be perfectly clear, I think ICE is functioning like the Gestapho and they need to be stopped legally - either by new rules coming down or by state law enforcement.
They need to be disbanded and reorganized. Some need to be charged with crimes.

I worked as an independent contractor therapist for the air force. If I saw someone that was emotionally unstable, I contacted his superiors, and he was relieved from armed duty until he was deemed safe.
