Valentine’s Day dinner at Rockway Village Gardens centred on love, laughter … and lasagna! Tenants organized a delicious Italian-inspired meal followed by an amazing chocolate trifle (because it's not Valentine’s Day without chocolate, yes?)

Check out the pictures from our New Beginnings site in Kitchener! Excavation and site services are done and work has started on footings and foundations.

Built in partnership with Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region, these safe homes will offer stability for families rebuilding their lives.

An act of kindness made a big difference at Rockway Gardens Village last week. An anonymous donor dropped off $100 for our Christmas Dinner, which meant we didn’t need to charge the usual $5 per person.

Thanks to this this generous neighbour for making the season a little brighter for everyone!

A bit of a Charlie Brown Christmas tree moment at 544 Bridgeport this year! The tree stand broke, but Alfred and Dennis whipped up a clever fix using a table pedestal. Thanks to this creative team for keeping the holiday spirit shining.

On December 6, we honour the women lost at l’École Polytechnique and all who continue to face violence.

Our New Beginnings project with Women's Crisis Services of Waterloo Region will soon give 20 families a secure place to rebuild.

Sprucelawn Apartments for Seniors was filled with Christmas spirit on December 4.

A trio from Creekside Church teamed up with 10 choristers from Church of the Holy Saviour for a festive carol sing with our tenants. Such a warm, joyful way to kick off the season! Thanks to all who made it special.

We’re building 20 new affordable townhomes in partnership with Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region — with support from the @regionofwaterloo.bsky.social, CMHC, and many generous donors.

More homes. More hope.
