Me: (I wonder why my daughter is into manga. It’s so hard to keep up with everything and all the storylines.)

Also me to my daughter: They needed to get the approval of the queen, who is actually Queen Charlotte, and guess who she’s married to? George III, the same one from Hamilton….

If you have a ridiculously expensive house on or near a main road and celebrate Christmas, your decorations better be lit.

Rewatching Season 2 of Bridgerton for no particular reason and remembering that the third episode of the season is probably my favorite ever. Completely changed my opinion of Anthony, made me love Daphne and Penelope even more, and Benedict high at dinner? No notes

I love when students are like, “Here’s this essay that’s three weeks late. Can you grade it immediately?”

Fun fact: Elsinore started out as a Nano project. It’s gone through quite a lot since then, but I still remember being very proud about hitting that word count before the buzzer

Good luck to all those trying!

My 6 year old just told me that while trick or treating she had a new way to summon me at night

She proceeded to show me: a whistle

First of all, no. But also, what monster gave out whistles on Halloween?!
