Library books are so beautiful. We get books out for JJ most weeks and I think about how many houses they've been to and how many other kids they've been read to and it feels so special.

Husband and child go to a program Wednesday mornings so I get some time to myself. It was cancelled today because of the weather and the two of them have not gotten out of my face since I woke up.

JJ went next door to his great grandparent's house to play this afternoon and when I picked him up to bring him home for dinner, was he having a treat? Yes. But that treat was a melon fruit cup they got for him and THAT'S how you spoil a (great)grandkid while respecting rules about sugar and such!
