I may or may not shut up about this soon but this is the 9th women's world cup final in my lifetime. The first one was played in front of a crowd of 5,000 people. Today's will be played in front of 82,000. This is incredible. #WRWC2025 #RugbyWorldCup #WomesRugbyWorldCup

I know I say this from a place of privilege, but airport lounge access when flying is an absolute game changer for me as an autistic person. Whilst the free food and drink are definitely not to be sniffed at, it's the peace, calm and comfortable seating that makes it so worthwhile.

Have managed to balance having our friend and Godson coming to stay with getting the house back in order after a busy few weeks and doing some cooking and baking, so am feeling pretty damn content about it all 🥰

I'm still on my home town's FB group because my parents still live there so it sometimes helps to know the goings on. One man posted on there so many times a day about all sorts of shite that I blocked him to stop it being in my feed. He's now the Reform UK councillor for their village 🙃

This evening I sat curled up in a leather armchair, reading a book and painting my nails with the top half of the cottage's stable style door open, listening to the birds. It was the stuff that dreams are made of. Bliss ☺️
