I just read somewhere: "When implemented properly, agile methods can turn an organization into an agile enterprise—one that is truly adaptive across the board." That is blatantly incorrect. "Methods" never create "true adaptivity and agility."

Don't be fooled by faddish claims.

My classic book Organize for Complexity is available in a revised & updated 6th edition. Since the 1st edition in 2015 the book's format changed but, it remains very to the point, high on practical theory, with crisp texts and beautiful illustration.
