You forgot that people were protesting when black men were killed by police . You know what changed ? People see videos and see that this is real. Videos changed everything.

I am a former IRS Agent. I left the agency in 2022. IRS systems had certain bank records that could be retrieved automatically, but these were submitted by the banks themselves. To get actual banks statements, we were required a summons. This changed in 2023 as a result of a Supreme Court ruling.
