Learning #Godot, project 4, #asteroids variant.
Not much visible progress (you can turn on/off the HUD, and there's an energy indicator). Learnt a lot about tweens (cool) and progress bars (bit disappointing). Added datastructures and stuff so the mechanic and merchant are coming soon.

Learning #GodotEngine , project 4, #asteroids variant.
Added "blast" which causes enemy object on screen the same amount of damage the ship would do by bullet.
Looks chaotic, but the spawn rate is up for testing purposes.

Learning #godot, project 4, #asteroids variant. Added energy, shield, invulnerability. There was a lot of refactoring (finally decided what the player can do in the game). Made new fonts. The new fonts took more time than coding. 😮 It was fun, though. 🙂

Been a while, but had not much time aaaand went wild again and from a simple #asteroids variant as a #godot learning project I somehow ended up with a kind of a rougelite, with unlockables and whatnot. I hope to finish it in a couple of weeks.

I was struggling with drawing spinning asteroids, so I decided to make some models. I thought it was a good time to learn Blender, but my inner child told me to shut up and get the clay out of the drawer I put it with all the things I'd love to play with but have no time to.

Started my 4th project in #Godot. Guess what it is. 😜 I thought moving the ship around would require tons of maths which I'm not very good at. I was wrong. move_and_slide works wonders.

A study of armor, inspired by a drawing of Satoshi Matsuura. II'll have to study armors more, have no idea what I'm doing. What pieces? How they connect? How they stay on the wearer? Kind of wandering if solo gamedev is possible if one is not a genius (can draw, compose and code).

Greedy Snakes & Duels. Kind of a stupid title, but didn't want to use a name that might be protected by copyright or something. I'm quite happy with the Options menu. Not perfect, but for my first somewhat bigger project in #Godot seems ok.
