Snails of Cuba! We found 5 species, including the most endangered and most beautiful, Polymita sulphurosa. Project on evolution/conservation of these snails, led by Cuba, me @ #UoN, and working with London zoo, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

A new research article on the "Luminance" of the shells of Polymita has been published for PlosOne. Authors highlight the variability found in the background and bands colour of the shells and its potential relationship with thermo-resistance. Go Polymita go!!!
