La nécessité d’une régulation anticipée ne relève pas d’un réflexe bureaucratique, mais d’un principe fondé sur les leçons de l’histoire. Nous avons vu à maintes reprises — dans les domaines de la finance, des réseaux sociaux ou encore de la biotechnologie.

Indeed, trying to fix the future of such an evolving technology as AI would be presumptuous. Removing the moratorium is a wise step: we must anticipate without hindering progress. States are leading with transparency; let’s hope the federal level follows with equal foresight and responsibility.
