Sometimes I make a new minecraft world with this super cool and awesome vision that im gonna make all these super cool builds and gaslight myself into believing that I'm actually going to do it

![English class had a lesson on AI, where we were asked a series of questions and told to stand at one side or the other of the room based on our stance on it.
Far left: Fully ethical
Middle: Sort of ethical
Far right: Fully unethical
These were 2 parallel questions that were asked:
Is it ethical for a student to write an entire draft of an essay and show it to a family member, who then suggests changes that completely warp the argument, and the student then makes all of those changes and submits it?
Is it ethical for a student to write an entire draft of an essay and feed it to AI, prompting it to make it A+ worthy, and then copying the entire response and submitting it?
I was the only person out of my entire class of 16-17 year olds to stand on the far right of the room for both questions. Everyone else stood on the left for the non-AI involved question, everyone then went to the far right for the AI involved question.

They also wanted me to generate an AI image with this prompt that I refused to do:
"Generate an image of a superhero that [insert hobby/interest here] and is [insert adjective here]"
Like, we are in ELEVENTH GRADE, IN ONE OF THE MOST HIGHLY EDUCATED STATES IN THE US. CAN WE GET IT TOGETHER?

With changes like this, I think it's more valuable than anything to be honest about what you think.
I'll go into more depth in alt text, but in short I hate it. My most brutal, honest thoughts are that the horses specifically are one of, if not the worst, things they've changed recently.

Even if you're using (generative) AI for things that may be funny or enjoyable, this is still the problem.
AI data centers use small amounts of water for simple actions, however majority of people don't use it this way; they use it for videos, images, or to cheat on homework.
JUST STOP USING IT.

so maybe i keep overestimating my will to actually make a video and i might not actually get one out for another month. bottom line is that im busy with credit recovery classes along with my dread of editing. per usual alt text has more yap

i have state testing tomorrow which means 6 tests with 50+ questions but only ½ an hour to complete each one. what makes it worse is that what they put on the tests is completely random and some things i havent learned at all, so i cant even study for it all
