By the input it receives
It's what the screen says
The gullible soul believes

It is no mystery
This is the cost
We come into being
Only to be taken away
The end we're not seeing
When life makes us sway
An unjust attachment
Overpowers our mind
Building resentment
To our Nature's kind

Will keep lingering on

To live in peaceful solitude
Then have a bad partner moan
Resentful and crude
Avoid the loneliness
Felt in a broken unity
This painful loathliness
Can provide an opportunity
Start to rediscover

When truth is revealed
Doubt then succumbs
And the past is healed
First one must want to see
That he plays only a part
Maybe not what he'd like to be
But learn and love it by heart
Set aside your wants
Release the ego inside

Guarded by the moon
