i feel restless but everything i do to entertain myself is boring

i wanna make more art but ive got the brain sludge. i think ill just do an easy childhood craft or something to at least get something out 👍

i told my bf i was scared to go to a doctor about my heart cause i think theyll just tell me to lose weight, but i was 70lbs lighter when it started plus whenever i diet my symptoms skyrocket. the talk turned sour though, with me shooting down his weight loss advice and both of us feeling hurt 🫤

plucking out my beard is painful and it gives me ingrown hairs and prevents me from seeing how much progress im making on t but its just a neckbeard if i let it grow in anyways. it doesnt even help me pass but hopefully once it fills out it will, and when that happens i'll stop plucking it
