So I weighed myself again today and I have now lost just over 50lbs (23kg) since November 2024. I have lost about 20lbs (9kg) since surgery, almost 3 weeks ago.

So I weighed myself again today and I have now lost just over 50lbs (23kg) since November 2024. I have lost about 20lbs (9kg) since surgery, almost 3 weeks ago.
So I had gastric bypass surgery recently and managed to weigh myself this morning, 5 days post surgery and healing up nicely.
So far down 40 lbs, 2 stone 12 lbs or 18.14kg, pick your preference, since starting my tracking of my journey on Nov 1st 2024.

I think I'm going to use this platform to post the last few food challenges and taste tests I have and then track my weight loss surgery journey that's coming up in 2025. Just a warning, this is my level of humour most of the time 😁
