It's farewell Belfast for a few days. Just had a fascinating convo with my #DisabilityAssistance aid David who explained how planes are cleaned inside and out. Belfast City Airport's disability crew are amazing. #DisabilityTravel

I'm so lucky to be able to work from Australia for a few weeks so I can spend time with my Mum. Love this photo with Dad's picture photobombing us. Miss him so much.

Airport number 1 of four. If all goes to plan I'm be at my sister's house in Adelaide in about 30 hours. But first the little flight followed by five hours in Heathrow 😩

My rescue pup Stella met her twin brother today and I'm all emosh. They are alike in every way - including a tendency to run away. So grateful to Lost Paws NI who found them both, and so glad Turnip's mum Jane tracked me down.

Been feeling bleugh all week so have left all the Christmas baking icing to the last minute. Of course now I feel worse and have run out of icing sugar. The neighbours might be getting very late, very naked gingerbread men!

Flight home last night cancelled due to Belfast fog. First direct flight available was Saturday. @britishairways.bsky.social put me in a cab to Heathrow - thank god they paid the £200ish fare - and put me up in a nice hotel
