Yes, planting trees is a great example of DEI. Proudly so. Trees + plants create environmental equity and counter the effects of systemic environmental racism. Trees improve air and water quality, health outcomes, reduce heat and pollutants, enhance well-being and improves property values.

From afar, we admire talent. Up close, what counts most is character.

You can impress people with your skills, but you earn their trust by standing for something greater than yourself.

There is no higher achievement than treating others kindly and living with integrity.
