It's a fantastic book if you're into weird sci-fi, SCP sort of stuff.
I recommend this book here. But I also talked about it in a spoiler filled podcast.

Yeah pretty much anywhere with more than one person in charge. It's more work for the director, of course--defining the motivations for the group, but also knowing what each member thinks for themselves. I made it all up on the spot, because game prep is hard lol

I ran this early on in the "final playtest" era of the game with a 5-member Wode Elf council, who put one character (and thus the party) on trial. Each council member had a different relation to that PC. It worked really, really well.

Run a #DrawSteel Negotiation with an entire council instead of a single NPC. Every Motivation/Pitfall is the majority opinion, but some members might dissent. Lots of opportunities for roleplay and narrative exploration of the characters.
