Honestly the number one thing I can recommend to people who want to be illustrators/designers/ect is to get REALLY good at managing your money. Save everything you can. You may have months where you’re tearing your hair out bc of too much work and you will 100% have months with no work at all.

Hot WC take, I think BlueOak are actually really interesting in the fact that they WERE just a one time fling with no real substance behind it. I think if the kits hadn’t happened, it would have fizzled and each of them (or at least Oakheart) would’ve found someone else.
