Dilatory tactics from Overseas Trust and Pension Guernsey taking advantage of a mickey mouse civil court system further disadvantaging the victims of their pension scams and fraud. All under the nose of the Bailiff. You've seen it all Sir Richard.

Andy Oliver, CEO of PCC Wealth. Fraudster and forger, still doing deals with OTAP on a deceased mans account 9 years after his death. Who are you advising for if you have no client and you're not regulated to act as an adviser to a Guernsey trustee.

Sir Richard McMahon. Guernsey Bailiff. You have seen fraud and forgery before you from a Guernsey trustee OTAP. You've allowed them to keep the proceeds of that activity, the fraudulent activity continues, and they're still profiting from it.

Guernsey Royal Court, actively assisting pension fraudsters and scammers while making life difficult for victims. You've seen it Sir Richard.

Sir Richard McMahon. Guernsey Bailiff. You have seen fraud and forgery before you from a Guernsey trustee OTAP. You've allowed them to keep the proceeds of that activity under their custody and control. They're still profiting from it.

Guernsey. Ten years ago this happened. Three hearings Mr McMahon. You've seen it. Don't blame people for not presenting their case adequately as an excuse for allowing forgery and fraud to go unpunished and the perpetrators to keep the proceeds.

When victims of pension fraud and financial crime submit detailed evidence before the Guernsey Bailiff, the Royal Court, Guernseys financial crime unit, the GFSC, and Guernsey politicians, and it gets ignored, who benefits from your silence.
Its a simple question.

Offshore pension scams. Make the post office scandal look small. Guernsey is right in the thick of it.

Overseas Trust and Pension Guernsey. Happily tampering with clients signed and witnessed documents without the knowledge or consent of the signers.

How long can Guernsey keep covering up and ignoring criminal activity within their pensions industry. Will clamping down on such behaviour ruin Guernseys reputation? Or improve it.

Are there any politicians in Guernsey with the balls to stand up against financial crime? Is it protect the reputation of the island at all costs, even if it means covering criminal activity. Let's face it, the ombudsman and the GFSC are like tits on a bull.

Overseas Trust and Pension Guernsey. Grossly negligent pension Trustees. Altering signed and witnessed documents without consent or knowledge of the signers is a crime. Who cares about money trails. Yet they're safe in the knowledge the system in Guernsey will protect them.

Guernsey, AKA, the Pirate Island, is an active participant in interjurisdictional financial crime. No protection for investors. It's a sanctuary for financial scammers.
April 29, 2025 at 10:45 PM
Does the Guernsey Royal Court decide its ok for pension trustees to alter signed and witnessed documentation without the knowledge or consent of the signers? If it does, a precedent is set. You've seen it Bailiff McMahon. It's forgery. There's no other word for it.
April 28, 2025 at 12:55 AM
Guernsey Bailiff. You've seen criminal activity from a Guernsey pension provider. Time to do something that will act as a deterent to these scammers and protect the victims rather than protecting the scammers and deterring the victims. You've seen the criminal activity.

Apparently, it's OK for a Guernsey fiduciary to tamper with your signed, witnessed, and certified documents in their favour, without your knowledge or consent after you've submitted them. Anywhere else, it's called fraud and/or forgery.

How can a pension trustee in Guernsey commit fraud and forgery, accept forged documents, lie to the courts, not comply with money laundering regulations, have extremely poor records, still have their licence to operate in a regulated jurisdiction.
January 26, 2025 at 2:36 AM
Sir Richard McMahon, Guernsey Bailiff, GFSC, financial crime squad..
How long are you going to ignore fraud and forgery despite it being in your face. You've seen it!
How long will you keep covering financial fraudsters and scammers.

WTF is going on with Facebook these days. Respond in kind to some RWNJ, and you get banned. Bullying, apparently. 2nd time this month FFS.
