i took today to just, chill, and it was needed i think. something i've noticed is i have these flashes of reality getting closer, more tangible, within reach.
i've started to speak more plainly lately, not trying to dress up everything i say in a joke/a bit.

I don’t know what to do to bring the world closer right now. Despite how much I cried and let things out yesterday I didn’t get that cathartic release I hoped for. My mood keeps flipping with my attempts that maybe i just need to ride out something good and I’ll feel better
