While there are quite a few books with this theme,I decided to buy this one in particular on a whim.The advice isn't groundbreaking but it's given with a generous dose of humor.I am cacklin!My Fs are too precious these days and I'm almost 100% on board with this philosophy already.#booksky

I've been in a reading slump as of late. I finished #thespitehouse. The family dynamic was great but the dad 🤗. The audio for #bloodonhertongue is killing me. I suspect I'd enjoy it more if I read a physical copy. #theunworthy will have to be annotated. Next up is a cozy read and a nonfic.

Whew! This introvert was busy.With a nervous system that is overloaded with the endless barrage of bad news, it was nice to revel in the escape from the real world for a few days.Seeing Stevie Nicks for the first time was definitely the highlight.I know my Mom was with me.Then again she always is🩷🪽

I am loving this one so far. If you're a Hobbit nerd like me then you'll appreciate Richard Armitage as the main narrator.He makes it breathtakingly haunting. I hope the ending doesn't disappoint. 🤞 #beautifulugly #booksky

#Rebecca, the 1940 classic movie, was my gateway into film noir.Even though some would disagree that it even fits into that category.Years later I discovered it was actually based on a book AND it's the same author who wrote The Birds! One of my favorite Hitchcock movies.Daphne du Maurier. #booksky
