NEW REVIEW!

Inspired by a recent trip to the theatre to see the West End #ParanormalActivity play, I revisited the 2007 #film thinking it may be less effective in this day and age of omnipresent camera phones.

Here's my experience of both #theatre and #cinema productions.

Apparently Wigan have a good away record in the FA Cup, and this is where stats are misleading in football.

That's over so many years that it bears no relation to this game. Not to say they won't win I just hope they don't.

Boxing stats are different- one fighter, all relevant.

A mixed day for my teams yesterday- Bath win (in the Prem Cup) against Bristol always welcome and lovely seeing Millwall inch up the table.

Just need Arsenal to progress and Wales to do the Six Nations tournament a favour by beating France which doesn't seem likely.

I have the Troll blu-ray somewhere which I keep meaning to rewatch.

Can't see this being a popular addition to the "cinema room" at home, though. Even if it is cool.
Trick or Treat Studios has previewed their upcoming 30" tall ULTIMATE LEPRECHAUN DOLL, which features screen accurate sculpted head & hands, and a layered high quality costume that perfectly capture the horror icon played by Warwick Davis. Coming soon. #ToyFair

The second series/season of #Hijack is finally getting going after five episodes.

It was hardly ever awards worthy but #IdrisElba's character is watchable even if its second run was really tough to put all logic aside for. We'll finish it, though, so final opinion reserved for a little bit.

Raising money for a good cause!

I’ve never made a secret of my #mentalhealth struggles, but we've lost a few good people to suicide and are playing at Millwall to raise money for charity.

Please have a look and donate if you can.

Sixteen Oscar nominations! Wow.

As much as I find #TheOscars problematic, I did enjoy #Sinners. A weird, fun, lovely evening for our anniverasry topped by some vampire chaos. What's not to like?

Here's my experience of it.

I thought it’d be cool to see the classic cartoon #TheLionKIng's music live and on stage, so we rocked up at London’s Lyceum #Theatre on a rainy night to see the long running West End production.

At the very least what you can say is this year #TheOscars voters have actually seen the films, rather than vote on word of mouth or because of their pals.

#NowWatching #TheRip

Joe Carnahan has made some cracking films, but I have to say I'm not expecting loads from this #Netflix effort, just that Matt and Ben's chemistry meets some thumping action and I don't lose interest.

There was an advert for join the army, one for the air force, one for the navy and one for navy reserves before the film.

Sign of the times?...

Lovely piece in the Guardian about one of my favourite shows of all time, #PhoenixNights.

#PeterKay's sitcom, and its spin off Max & Paddy are hilarious and so very unique. Would love to see someone try something similarly sweet and sharp these days.
Phoenix Nights: 25 years since Peter Kay’s record-breaking TV comedy like no other
The eccentric, sharp-eyed sitcom was so loved that it was once the fastest-selling DVD ever. A quarter of a century on from its Channel 4 debut, why has it fallen so far off the radar?
