I found out yesterday what my hospital’s blanket raise will be this year (there are no individualized raises), and it makes me want to quit my job more than ever.
I don’t think we’re underpaid more than other dietitians, but it sure doesn’t make me feel valued.

Had a convo this am with a doc about a phone call he had on speaker which I overheard in which he was incredibly rude to the other provider. He acknowledged and agreed he was a dick and is going to apologize to her. Win!
