Someone recently commissioned me to draw Beetlejuice and Lydia as mermaids. It was such a fun idea and I had a TON of fun drawing them! Frankly anytime I get to use slime green on a piece of art I’m happy. These were drawn as companions with some possibly familiar fishy friends….

Seems like in these dark troubling times all I want to do in my spare time is color with all the crayons in the box. I want to make bright happy things that help me keep the smallest grip on my mental health. So here is a gal with cute rainbow hair & tattoos. All the hugs and all the rainbows 🌈❤️🧡💚💙💜

I just had to get new HB and 6B pencils for my sketching set. It turns out I use 2 sketch pencils more than any other lol.

How about some Sanrio pinup goodness? It’s Kuromi and My Melody! My Melody is pink and girly and as sweet as sunshine, Kuromi is her doppelgänger a bit punky and tough. Honestly I think they represent both sides of my personality lol.

Let’s party Monster High style with Scary Sweet 16 Draculaura and Frankie! Did a little bit of my own take on these dolls, switched up the costumes slightly but the are still scary sweet!

Sushi mermaid! She’s been hanging around for a bit, I’ve been working on her slowly for a while but I think she’s finally done. She even has a little yellow fin tuna who is a sushi chef. Classy.

Been working on a number of mermaid commissions lately and decided to use one of my false starts (the art went in another direction) to make a sushi mermaid! She’s cute and has a Hangydon tattoo so she’s also cool.

A dream is a wish your heart makes… some Cinderella art I’ve been messing with in my “free time” (after working on everyone else’s cool art stuffs during the day shift). Just let my brain ooze out of my ears and went a bit nuts coloring the skirt. Turned out okay 🌈💙 special cameo from Gus and Jaq.

Winding down from work with more work! But this one is just for fun and I think you can tell how tired I am by how crazy Cinderella’s gown looks. Can I even call her #Cinderella anymore? Haha. My brain is seeping out of my ears and onto the page.
