Not sure if it’s because I’m getting older,
but I feel like my social skills aren’t what they used to be.
Either that or increased self awareness is literally making me interpret things I do in social settings as more negative!

Especially banter at work.

I intend to make the absolute most out of this coming year!
The reason is simple!
I am currently in the last year of my 30’s!
I am feeling both excited for the future and all that’s still yet to come, however I feel a sense of where’s the time gone too!
I feel so many mixed emotions atm!!
