These past months have been some of the most challenging in recent memory. I’m embracing it, I’ll never forget these feelings. I’m putting in the work and effort to come out better and stronger.

November 1st I’ll be participating in No Shave November, it’s the one time of year I completely shave my beard off to raise awareness and funds for Men’s cancer research. I’ve been doing it for almost 15 years now and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

Had a good time yesterday in Portland. Went to DEFY with my homies Gil & Ryan, watched Jon Moxley, Marina Shafir, Bryan Keith and a bunch of other talented wrestlers do their thing. We also got some In-N-Out before coming back home.
