Yeah hard to say since even if they ship on time it'll be almost a year. There are cheaper/currently available options to try like slime or mocopi or haritora x, but imu only trackers have a lot of downsides

They seem like they'll be the next big thing in FBT as long as they can deliver and I backed the Kickstarter since it seems like they have a good plan and already working test products!

I think it's a pretty good start! This video goes over it, but up and down motion would help a lot for realism and hip and shoulder sway can help give more character www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lGP...

I've heard getting animations from Mixamo might be a way to get started. Bit by bit might be better for learning though. I've also heard Blender is more robust for editing animations, but Unity has always been easier for me to understand for other things.
