My dusty draw of games I’ll one day finish designing beats like the telltale heart - silently judging me, demanding a close their mostly finished fictional loops.
The trend in my RPG gaming in the last 5 years of so has been that each game is like a maxiseries in structure. It’s certainly deeper than a movie but it’s not something I can say as a player or a GM I would see as ‘multi season’ or campaign like.
