Riding my bike this morning, I saw an armed man, not a cop, walking around the beach in Huntington Beach, dressed all in black with no insignia. The Pacific Airshow starts in an hour. I reported it to a cop. The cop couldn't care less. My wife pointed out the guy must be ICE.
