Bordeaux Metabolome was well-represented at the 13th Metabohub Scientific Days! Theoretical insights and practical sessions were engaging and insightful. It was wonderful to meet in person after so many virtual meetings!

New findings from metabolomic studies on sustainable feeds for rainbow trout: formulation of plant-based diets, supplementation with alternative ingredients and adaptation by genetic selection improved fish metabolism and growth. Promising for aquaculture!
