it also said that Northwestern and those doctors weren't covered. I actually reached out to some reporters to see if they would be interested in doing a story on this and one cc'd me on an email to the head of media relations at BCBSIL, so we shall see.

.@BCBSIL and @RegenceWA are going to drop Everett Clinic in a few weeks if they don't negotiate a new contract so I just want to make sure that my vote goes on some list saying I'll switch to Kaiser next open enrollment if they don't work this out.

Why the hell is @BCBSIL arguing to exclude coverage for trans patients based on RFRA? Pretty sure their only religion is money and having to pay out any claims is against it.

I had my prosthetic eye claim refused by BCBSIL because it was just “cosmetic.” I offered to send them a photo of what I look like without it. They reversed their denial after we all contested.

May we all receive a platform of ideas in response to Elon (dba the current admin) instead of just throwing shade at them? They deserve the shade, but we deserve alternative ideas, policy, messaging.
