Very exciting news today— Carlyle lab member Matt paper is finally out 🥳 They’ve developed an immunoassay for PKM1/2 in cerebrospinal fluid, with more work on this to follow in future!

This work compiles all reported protein changes in the cerebrospinal fluid of Alzheimer’s patients across studies using mass spectrometry, Olink, and SomaScan platforms.
