Actually not really. Coincidentally enough, I talked about this with the second mate yesterday. On his first ship, where almost only Russians. The captain was constantly drunk and beating up crewmembers. So where the chiefs. The crew was sometimes sober.

Well I dont see they winched it up to pass that bank. I still think they could be completely unaware. The Estonia cable was also an accident, or could plausibele be.
