Everything will be OK in the end. If it's not OK, it's not the end.
Shattered. Thank you for everything, Diogo.

Gives me Gomez/Konsa vibes. Might be short stature, but can play anywhere in the backline. Leader at Palace and England international, technically very good at carrying and passing. Feels like a deal too good to pass up. In a vacuum, i'm happy, but would love to have Konate situation sorted.

Jeremie Frimpong is literally Daniel Sturridge. Their personality, their voice, their mannerisms. I love it.

Villa were robbed....but I think it might be fair karma for that game against Sheffield all those years ago when Villa were saved from relegation by an error in goal-line technology.

Big ups to the Arsenal Women. Fantastic achievement.

Liverpool sat on that Caicedo money and in the process won a league cup, league title, and now getting Wirtz. I love my club.

Ideal summer transfer window:

IN: Frimpong, Kerkez, Wharton, Lukeba, Alvarez/Wirtz

OUT: Elliot, Tsimikas/Robbo, Kelleher, Morton/Bajcetic, Gomez, Nunez, Jota/Diaz

Unfortunately, we'll never replace Gini, he was such a unique ball retainer. I'm afraid Szobo doesn't have the same skill, but he is a great runner. Alexis, for me, should be further up the pitch, orchestrating the attack. His IQ and vision are world class, better than Szobo.

Would be interesting to see how this changes our midfield and who we target at DM. I feel like Szoboszlai will take on more of a Henderson pressing role to win the ball back with Frimpong up the pitch, and leave Mac Allister in a more advanced role to link up with the front 3.

Sam Bennett is not even a master of the dark arts. there is frequent video evidence of him intentionally injuring players. I have no idea why this evidence is ignored.

I am sure Slot wanted to keep a player of Trent's talent in the squad. But in another sense, his leaving will allow Slot to expand creativity in other areas of the squad, more in line with his philosophy.

Declan Rice. Absolutely superb.

I'm thinking Mamardashvili 2-year loan to Villa until Alisson leaves? Mamardashvilla.

An amazing feeling of…relief.

That everyone involved in the club got what they deserved.

A chance to celebrate greatness from the past and present.

I for one am disappointed in the Bears draft. Loveland and Burden are gonna be solid additions to Johnson’s offence but everything after is somewhat underwhelming. Really missed a chance to get a RB but can’t fill every hole in the draft. B- overall.

Cunha to United has disaster written all over it. The player they should be signing is Ait Nouri but they squandered it with Dorgu. Not that I’m complaining tbh…

One thing I've been thinking of is replayability of old games, and just like that, Oblivion remaster drops. 2000's and early 2010s were a gold mine of gaming, and it's so much more worth playing those games vs 300+GB new releases.

Liverpool on the verge of winning the league, Oblivion remaster, NHL and NBA playoffs, MLB season back... what a time to be alive.

Raps are a Khaman Maluache and PF away from doing serious damage.

This game against West Ham made clear a common theme this season: Slot is playing with Klopp’s squad and a few players just aren’t cutting it. But, it makes it even more impressive that we’ve won so many games. Excited to see where this squad goes.

Arsenal 3 game away from a Champions League final. Best to rest all the starters for their league games, give the kids a go I reckon.
April 8, 2025 at 9:08 PM
Gravenberch has been really poor. Not physically strong enough to help the back line defend.
April 6, 2025 at 3:01 PM
The only positive is that Kelleher and Robbo won’t be at the club next season. Just absolutely horrible. Not blaming VVD on that goal, it was a foul. Ref gave less moments later on Gakpo. Konate mistake should have led to a pen so can’t complain.
April 6, 2025 at 3:00 PM
Slot at this point should be starting more players. Same guys have been very poor out of the gate and it’s worrying that they keep starting. Way more urgency and effort needed.
