Delighted with that match. Just what the doctor ordered. I'd love to see the same team start at the weekend. Was gonna say with the possible exception of Salah in for Isak, but I wasn't impressed with Mo when he came on. His judgement was being overruled by his greed.

The thing I love the most about Chiesa is that he looks like he's a great teammate. You can always see the enthusiasm, even when he's not on the pitch. One thing I always keep my eye on is the players on the bench when they show replays after LFC goals. He celebrates like a fan.

Ekitiké being in from the start has been a breath of fresh air into this team. Another goal or two second half would be nice but what's more of a priority is to just be professional and see the game out comfortably without any drama. That will do them a world of good.

So pleased for Darwin that he got on the pitch today. He's been far from outstanding, and we're probably witnessing his last weeks as a Liverpool player, but he has played his part this season.

Seeing what Bethesda have done with #Oblivion, it makes me wonder why Rockstar never did something similar with the likes of GTA Vice City.

We're 12 points clear at the top of the Premier League, and before this week we had 4 consecutive wins - 2 of which were against the 2 teams that have beaten us this week, and one of which was away to the team who've won 4 consecutive PL titles. Don't start fucking slagging the manager now.

Big defeats are harder to take when we play well or deserved to win. We've had two big defeats in a week - both of which we got exactly what we deserved. No arguments, no complaints, no feeling hard done by. That's life and that's football. There's a PL Title to be clinched now. Up the Reds 💪🔴

Said this before he got his goal. He needs to start our next game IMO. All of our other forwards have been underperforming for weeks now. Mo is a special case because he gets the numbers, but the others have been shocking.
We need to see Chiesa more in the coming weeks bhe has the legs. Others don't.

Hard to begrudge Newcastle this win. They've clearly wanted it more, they've played infinitely better than us and fought infinitely harder. They've had a long wait for their trophy. We've had plenty, and we have a bigger one awaiting us in a couple of months. Well done NUFC.

This has defo been one of - if not our worst performance of the season. But it a shit time to fall off a cliff. The players look fucking bolloxed. No coincidence that all the players starting every single game look a shell and Chiesa has probably looked our best player.

That was a really poor 45 from LFC. Newcastle definitely the best team so far and deserved their goal tbh. At HT on Tuesday I said a big 45 is required from the Reds, and it never came. There's a trophy at stake here. Get the fucking finger out, Redmen.
