Well today was a wash.😑
Because I ate and drank so little yesterday and sweated so much overnight, I woke up totally exhausted with a hangover AND a migraine. It's almost 7pm and I still feel kinda queasy.

It’s only like 59°F and here I am hunched over my desk under the fluffiest blanket I own like I’m ice fishing in the Yukon or something. 😶
