I’m a teaser of methods, findings, and more,
Crafted for peers who crave the pore.
A few words to ignite, then a chance to explore,
What am I in the context of nanopore?

I sequenced and assembled the full mitochondrial DNA of the angular crab (Goneplax rhomboides) using the @nanoporetech.com #MinION #Mk1D, so #nanopore only. The raw read quality really is amazing, and the assembly looks perfect!
