Pasta alla Cenere (Gorgonzola and Black Olive Pasta)
One of my favorite pastas because the blue cheese and olives sauce is so flavor forward. Even with all the delicious richness of the sauce, I still threw on a few olives and gorgonzola crumbles to finish.
