Judge Pitts ruled that the States can intervene to challenge whether DOJ's allegedly corrupt settlement of the HPE/Juniper merger is in the public interest.

Lots of procedural details to work out, but my guess is there will be a Tunney Act hearing. He wants to focus on remedy substance, but...
