This is the first time I've been alone since leaving @scotiacon.bsky.social and that means it's time for me to say goodbye, emotionally.
Inevitably, that meant a few tears. It may be a long time before I can return.
For now, it's over - and I'm left with all the good feels and happy memories.

Today is the first day in a week I haven't had to get up before dawn to catch an early train, or to go down to the lobby to wolf down a fry-up in order to fuel a day busy with activity. 😜

And now, eight hours after leaving @scotiacon.bsky.social I'm heading up for a dress rehearsal for my next show - which opens tomorrow.
This represents a level of scheduling insanity well beyond what's usual even for me. 😜

And, I’m off: the Crowne Plaza was already quiet when I left, and I’m on a train leaving the Wild West for the capital in the south.
It hasn’t really hit me yet that the con is over, but…it will. And it’s sad to leave, but that’s only because it was so wonderful to be there.

I’ve never de-suited so rapidly. 😝
