Day 4 - Favourite Protagonist.
It has to go to Cloud Strife. That boy goes through it! As someone who has had struggles with MH over the years, I really do relate with him.
He's been present in my life since I was 6 years old through various pieces of media, and is probably the most well known.

Of course it's FF7. My brother owned it on PS1 and I used to stay up until about 3am playing it whilst he was asleep.

41 hours into DQ7. I've only just unlocked the class system and I don't yet have a full party.
I love the concept of each world being its own self contained story, but some are really dull, especially the one I just did where all of your skills are removed.

I honestly do not know what to expect from the state of play tonight.
I don't think we will get an FF7 part 3 announcement as I think that will be at SGF.
I do think however, that 20-25 mins of it will be based on one game, probably the horizon game or maybe something new.

As much as Im enjoying Dragon Quest VII, the music does get rather repetitive. Like every dungeon and town has the same music 😬
I felt the same with DQ1 but I accepted that due to the age of the original game.

I absolutely love the HD-2D graphical style, but playing Dragon Quest VII Reimagined kind of makes me wish they did 1-3 in the same style.
It suits the series perfectly! Wonder which direction they will go with 4-6 if they choose to redo them .

Rebirth getting multi platform release in June this year fills me with hope that part 3 is gonna be Q1 next year in line with the 30th anniversary.
They might do a few months of celebration prior to release but either way, I'm feeling optimistic.
