A great start to the weekend back at Southampton parkrun after a weekend away last week. Great to catch up with friends on a sunny but slightly windy morning. The support from the volunteers was fantastic as always.

A nice bit of tourism today at St Mary's, Bridport. Really friendly and supportive volunteers and a nice course. I made a little pitstop on the way back and bought some local beer from the Palmers brewery shop.

Another fantastic morning at Southampton parkrun. Brilliantly organised as always with the best volunteers in the world. I somehow managed my second fastest run ever...20:18. I'm well-chuffed.

'X' now deactivated. I was never a big tweeter, instead using it more for reading posts on cycling, parkrun and active transport. However, I've got more and more frustrated by it turning into a vile cesspit of insults, threats and general negativity. I'm here hoping for a friendlier environment 🙂
